GENERAL INFORMATION
The Mission Statement of Bank Center-invest is to provide our corporate, business and retail customers in southern Russia with a comprehensive range of banking services in compliance with international best practice.
Bank Center-invest is your reliable partner in the South of Russia. Among shareholders of the Bank are: European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, Deutsche Entwicklung Gesellschaft, Raiffeisen Landesbank Oberoesterreich, Erste Group, Firebird Investment Fund and other.
Bank Center-invest has expanded branch network consisting of more than 130 branches, additional offices and cash desks in Rostov, Volgograd, Krasnodar and Stavropol regions.
Bank Center-invest is the leader among local banks in the Rostov region by key financial indicators. It concentrates more than one third of local banks' total capital, over 40% of assets, loans and deposits. The characteristic feature of Bank Center-invest is steady development.
For 13 PricewaterhouseCoopers has been auditing Bank Center-invest in accordance with international financial reporting standards.
Bank Center-invest worked out the Corporate Governance Code with the assistance of IFC, EBRD and SECO.
Bank Center-invest entered TOP-100 of the largest Russian banks and took the following positions:

- — 9th in terms of total value of SME lending
- — 21st in reliability
- — 39th among universal banks
- — 40th in terms of the number of proprietary ATMs
- — 40th in terms of retail deposits
- — 51st in terms of retail lending

- — 60th in terms of deposits portfolio
- — 61st in terms of liquid assets
- — 61st in terms of loan portfolio
- — 66th in terms of net assets
- — 69th in terms of equity
- — 72nd in terms of business deposits
In partnership with IFC, the EBRD and FMO, the Bank ran energy efficiency programmes for companies in southern Russia. The technologies introduced enabled the companies to cut their energy consumption and CO2 emissions by 30-50%.
It financed the introduction of new technologies in agroindustrial enterprises in southern Russia.
It granted SMEs in southern Russia more than RUR17.5bn in loans to help them achieve sustainable growth, and it continued to operate a 'hot line' providing SMEs with free legal advice.
We also continued investing in the sustainable post-crisis development of the economy of southern Russia:
- — 260 students were awarded Center-Invest scholarships of 20,000 rubles.
- — 15 lecturers participated in the project ‘Southern Federal University-2020’, giving public lectures on current scientific and academic issues. In recognition of the success of the lectures, Center-Invest awarded each participant 100,000 rubles.
