Center-Invest Bank has increased its SME lending by 50% |
| In the first half of 2010 Center-Invest Bank made 2367 loans to SMEs totalling RUB9.17bn, a 56% increase on the same period of last year. The volume of lending also exceeded the pre-crisis levels of 2007 and 2008, by 19% and 3.2%, respectively.

Stability of Center-Invest Bank is confirmed by international rating |
| On 15 June the international rating agency Moody’s Investors Service upgraded Center-Invest Bank's B1 global rating outlook for its long-term foreign currency deposits to “stable”. The agency also confirmed Center-Invest’s E+ outlook “stable” bank financial strengths rating and its A2.ru national scale long-term rating.

| On 31 May, during the 25th EU-Russia Summit, held in Rostov-on-Don, Center-Invest Bank and the international consulting company MVV decon GmbH (Germany) signed an agreement to conduct an energy audit of the South Russian State Technical University (SRSTU).

European bank expands investment in the city of Taganrog. |
| On 6 May 2010, in the Center-Invest Bank Directors' Club, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and Teploenergo (the leading privately-owned heating company in the city of Taganrog) signed an agreement on the implementation of a new project: Taganrog Teploenergo II. Under this agreement, the EBRD is providing Teploenergo with a ten-year RUB 350 million loan.

Shareholders approve Center-Invest Bank's results for 2009. |
Center-Invest Bank held its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on 5 May 2010.
The main outcome of 2009 was that Center-Invest's sustainable banking model successfully passed the latest stress test posed by the global economic crisis: as a sustainable banking business, we focused not on instantaneous profits, but rather on long-term gain for the benefit of our shareholders, customers and partners.
Chairman of the Center-Invest Bank Executive Board, Anna Shtabnova, presented the bank's results for 2009 to our shareholders.

| In 2009, in terms of the number of loans it issued to SMEs, Center-Invest was the top performing bank in the Rostov Region SME Development Pro-gramme. We provided SMEs with 4169 loans totalling RUR15.7bn.

| On 2 March, Center-Invest Bank's head office in Rostov hosted a networking meeting for agriculturalists from the Don region and Austria. The event was held as part of an Austrian agricultural trade mission to southern Russia organised by Center-Invest Bank, the Austrian bank Raiffeisenlandesbank Oberösterreich AG (RLB Oö), and the Austrian Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Russia.

Teploenergo and the EBRD: EUR10m invested in infrastructure and the environment in Taganrog, the birthplace of Chekhov |
| Teploenergo has completed an investment programme to upgrade its heating infrastructure in the city of Taganrog. Total investment in the project was RUR354m: RUR133m was contributed by the European Bank for Regional Development (EBRD) to the company's registered capital in 2007, and RUR221m was provided in 2008 as a ten-year EBRD loan.

| Center-Invest Bank has reviewed the performance of its second bond issue in the first six months since listing. The 5-year bond issue raised RUR3bn.

| According to the rating “Leader of the year 2009” published in the local newspaper Gorod N (issue №50(859) dated 28.12.09), Center-invest Bank has become the most successful company of the year, and Dr.Vasily Vysokov, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of OJS Bank Center-invest, becomes the leader in the nominations “Successful business owner of the year 2009” and “Influential businessman of the year 2009”.
