Promoting entrepreneurship in southern Russia is a priority for Center-invest Bank. The bank introduced its first programme to support SMEs in 1997. Over the years, we have acquired extensive experience of working with this sector and we are now recognised as one of the best Russian banks for SME customers.

Our special programmes for SMEs include:

The “Start-up” Programme Launched in 2011, this programme helps new entrepreneurs to get their businesses off the ground. It includes: loans on preferential terms, free consultations on business planning, tax and legal issues, and free business banking for the first year.

Entrepreneurs can also attend free training seminars at the bank’s Advice Centres for New Businesses.

The Youth Business Russia Programme As a financial partner of the Youth Business Russia programme, run by the International Business Leaders Forum (IBLF), we offer young entrepreneurs unsecured loans on attractive terms. The programme also provides young entrepreneurs with advice and mentoring from experienced business people.

Women in Business

Center-invest Bank offers loans on preferential terms for businesswomen in southern Russia. This product is the only one of its kind in the region. We also run business breakfast networking events for women.

The bank’s objectives are to motivate and empower businesswomen and to highlight their vital role in society as mothers and business leaders.

Agriculture is southern Russia's primary economic sector. Center-invest Bank has a long and successful history of working with agribusiness, and we have significant competitive advantages in this sector. For example, we were the first bank to develop expertise in using agricultural land as collateral; we are in close proximity to our customers thanks to our extensive branch network; and we support new technologies in agriculture.

We lend to agribusiness (24% of our total loan portfolio in 2014) by rationally combining seasonal credit with long-term finance for the introduction of new technologies and equipment into agricultural production and value chains.
