The bank’s staff are highly professional. We are committed to ensuring their ongoing training and development, social protection, and motivation, as well as their adherence to the bank’s corporate values.

The bank does not use headhunting as part of its personnel policy. Instead, it creates a pool of future employees by attracting students from local universities for work experience and training. The Financial Literacy Centre was set up in 2014, in part to train future staff. This is a unique and innovative educational facility to improve the financial literacy of the local population and to train students and equip them with practical skills. The “nurturing” of future staff comprises several phases: training at the Financial Literacy Centre for eight weeks, a three-month placement at one of the bank’s offices, and then at the end of the placements the most promising students join the bank’s team.

The bank’s employees regularly receive further training and study best international practice. In 2015, 508 employees attended 152 seminars and masterclasses.
